Owners of Whitfield and Traditions brand pellet stoves may qualify for a free powercord based on the serial number.  This power cord replaces the original and provides protection against possible injuries which could result from shorts, open neutral, loss of ground, grounded neutral and reverse polarity. 

The following models are affected:

  • Whitfield Profile 20 (manufactured May 2000 to October 2001)

  • Whitfield Profile 30 (manufactured May 2000 to October 2001)

  • Traditions (manufactured April 2000 to October 2001)
