Owners of Whitfield™ and Traditions™ brand pellet stoves should contact the manufacturer for a free replacement power cord. This power cord replaces the original and provides protection against possible injuries which could result from shorts, open neutral, loss of ground, grounded neutral and reverse polarity.

The following models and serial numbers are affected:

  • Whitfield Profile 20 serial numbers 1001 through 5785 (manufactured May 2000 to October 2001)
  • Whitfield Profile 30 serial numbers 1001 through 8833 (manufactured May 2000 to October 2001)
  • Traditions serial numbers 1001 through 4554 (manufactured April 2000 to October 2001)
